The 10 Best Roofing Companies Bonifay Florida Has to Offer (2026)
By Shelly Marchetti, Florida homeowner advocate. Reviewed by Hal Winstead, Editor, licensed roofing contractor.
I've stood in plenty of Bonifay yards after storms, but one afternoon on South Waukesha Street still sticks with me. It was just after Hurricane Michael's rain bands passed throught, and a 1970s ranch-style house sat with a torn blue tarp flapping off it's ridge. No wind, just the sun and that wet pine smell. The homeowner came out and said she didn't know who to trust. That moment is exactly why I put this list together.
Building it wasn't fancy. I collected every roofer with a Bonifay address, then ran each name against the Florida DBPR license roll. That check alone cut the field to 3 of the 10 below with an active roofing license. I also compared their licensing status with every roofing company we list in Bonifay, so you can see which ones actualy hold up under a quick search. It's not complicated—but it's the step most folks skip when the sky clears.
Short answer: the 10 best roofing companies in Bonifay, Florida are led by Rogers Construction, Rick's Repair & Remodeling Inc and Armondi Roofing. Of the 10 listed here, 3 hold a verified Florida DBPR roofing licence, which is the single check worth doing before anyone climbs on your roof. Rankings below use licence status, review volume, rating and photo evidence — all public, all reproducible.
If you would rather browse the full list rather than my shortlist, every one of them is on the Bonifay roofing companies directory page — this post is the 10 I would call first.
How this list was ranked. Every company here was cross-checked against the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation licence roll; 3 of 10 returned an active roofing licence (type CCC or RC), and the licence number is printed on each entry so you can verify it yourself. After licence status, ordering uses Google review count (capped so a big chain cannot buy the top spot on volume alone), star rating, and whether the company has photos and published hours. Nobody paid to appear on this list.

How to check any Florida roofer's licence yourself
Search the licence number at the Florida DBPR licence portal. A roofing contractor holds a CCC (certified) or RC (registered) licence. If the number does not return an active record, that is the end of the conversation.
