The directory is informational. Listings are compiled from public records and public business data. Licence status is checked against the Florida DBPR roll at the time of compilation and can change afterwards. We make no warranty that any detail — contact information, service area, licence status, pricing — is current or accurate. Verify anything you intend to rely on, directly with the contractor and with the state.

We are not a contractor, a broker, or an adviser. We do not perform roofing work, we do not arrange it, and nothing on this site is legal, insurance or financial advice. Hiring decisions and contracts are between you and the contractor.

Licence numbers. Where a Florida DBPR licence number is displayed, it is reproduced from the public state roll. Check it yourself before you hire — the state's own portal is the authority, not this site.

Paid placement. Contractors may pay for a Featured listing. It is labelled wherever it appears, it does not change the facts of any listing, and it never removes a competitor from the results.

Corrections. Corrections to your own business listing are free and are not conditional on any purchase.
