The 13 Best Roofing Companies Bunnell Florida Has to Offer (2026)
By Shelly Marchetti, Florida homeowner advocate. Reviewed by Hal Winstead, Editor, licensed roofing contractor.
One morning after Hurricane Matthew, I stood in a yard on Rymfire Drive, just across the line from Bunnell, and counted missing shingles on a low concrete-block ranch. The owner was a widow who’d just paid for a roof “inspection” from a man whose truck had no company markings. That’s the kind of thing that makes me carefull about who I’d send a neighbor to.
So I put this list together differently. I checked every company against the Florida DBPR licence roll, and 6 of the 13 below came back with an active roofing licence. That’s not a complicated test, but it’s an honest one. A current licence means the state can find that contractor, and so can you. Before you call anyone, match their pitch against every roofing company we list in Bunnell and see who actualy shows up on the roll. If they don’t, you’ve saved yourself a bad week.
Short answer: the 13 best roofing companies in Bunnell, Florida are led by R & K Certified Roofing of Florida, Inc, Lineage Roofing and Pyramid Roofing FLA. Of the 13 listed here, 6 hold a verified Florida DBPR roofing licence, which is the single check worth doing before anyone climbs on your roof. Rankings below use licence status, review volume, rating and photo evidence — all public, all reproducible.
If you would rather browse the full list rather than my shortlist, every one of them is on the Bunnell roofing companies directory page — this post is the 13 I would call first.
How this list was ranked. Every company here was cross-checked against the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation licence roll; 6 of 13 returned an active roofing licence (type CCC or RC), and the licence number is printed on each entry so you can verify it yourself. After licence status, ordering uses Google review count (capped so a big chain cannot buy the top spot on volume alone), star rating, and whether the company has photos and published hours. Nobody paid to appear on this list.

How to check any Florida roofer's licence yourself
Search the licence number at the Florida DBPR licence portal. A roofing contractor holds a CCC (certified) or RC (registered) licence. If the number does not return an active record, that is the end of the conversation.
