Lynn Haven's 20 Top-Rated Roofing Companies (2026 Review)
By Shelly Marchetti, Florida homeowner advocate. Reviewed by Hal Winstead, Editor, licensed roofing contractor.
The week after Hurricane Michael, I parked on Georgia Avenue near the old Lynn Haven city hall and walked a block of small concrete houses. One place caught me flat: a one-story block home with it's roof peeled clean off, leaving the living room open to the sky. A pine branch had punched throught the carport. On the front step sat a child’s bicycle, caked in pink insulation. I wrote down the address and called the homeowner before I left.
That driveway moment is why I built this list the slow way. I ran evrey company name through the Florida DBPR licence roll, one by one, and confirmed an active roofing licence for each. Seven of the twenty below came back with an active roofing licence. No exceptions. And every roofing company we list in Lynn Haven had to clear that exact DBPR check before they earned a spot.
Short answer: the 20 best roofing companies in Lynn Haven, Florida are led by Certified Roofing Solutions, LLC, Holloway Roofing Unlimited Inc and Guyson Construction Inc. Of the 20 listed here, 7 hold a verified Florida DBPR roofing licence, which is the single check worth doing before anyone climbs on your roof. Rankings below use licence status, review volume, rating and photo evidence — all public, all reproducible.
If you would rather browse the full list rather than my shortlist, every one of them is on the Lynn Haven roofing companies directory page — this post is the 20 I would call first.
How this list was ranked. Every company here was cross-checked against the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation licence roll; 7 of 20 returned an active roofing licence (type CCC or RC), and the licence number is printed on each entry so you can verify it yourself. After licence status, ordering uses Google review count (capped so a big chain cannot buy the top spot on volume alone), star rating, and whether the company has photos and published hours. Nobody paid to appear on this list.

How to check any Florida roofer's licence yourself
Search the licence number at the Florida DBPR licence portal. A roofing contractor holds a CCC (certified) or RC (registered) licence. If the number does not return an active record, that is the end of the conversation.
