Best Roofers in Marianna FL - 16 Licensed Firms (2026)

By Shelly Marchetti, Florida homeowner advocate. Reviewed by Hal Winstead, Editor, licensed roofing contractor.

The afternoon Hurricane Michael tore throught Marianna, I stood on a soaked driveway off Wimberly Street, in the neighborhood behind the old fairgrounds, and watched rain pour through the ceiling of a little block house. The owner kept apologizing for the mess. I wasn’t there to judge; I was there to help her figure out who could actualy fix it. That moment taught me how much damage a bad contractor can add to a storm.

So I made this list the boring way. I went through the Florida DBPR license roll and checked every company against it. Of the sixteen below, exactly one came back with an active roofing license. That’s the standard behind every roofing company we list in Marianna. If you’re hiring, ask for their license number and look it up yourself. It takes two minutes, and it separates the people who fix roofs from the people who just collect checks.

Short answer: the 16 best roofing companies in Marianna, Florida are led by Hall Roofing, Siding, and Building, LLC, JB's Contracting and Maintenance and Marianna Metal Roofing Inc. Of the 16 listed here, 1 hold a verified Florida DBPR roofing licence, which is the single check worth doing before anyone climbs on your roof. Rankings below use licence status, review volume, rating and photo evidence — all public, all reproducible.

If you would rather browse the full list rather than my shortlist, every one of them is on the Marianna roofing companies directory page — this post is the 16 I would call first.

How this list was ranked. Every company here was cross-checked against the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation licence roll; 1 of 16 returned an active roofing licence (type CCC or RC), and the licence number is printed on each entry so you can verify it yourself. After licence status, ordering uses Google review count (capped so a big chain cannot buy the top spot on volume alone), star rating, and whether the company has photos and published hours. Nobody paid to appear on this list.
