13 Best Roofing Companies in Parrish FL (2026)

By Shelly Marchetti, Florida homeowner advocate. Reviewed by Hal Winstead, Editor, licensed roofing contractor.

Last August, after Hurricane Idalia tore throught Parrish, I stood in the Riviera Bay subdivision off Erie Road and watched watter drip from a ceiling onto a linoleum floor. The homeowners had paid a roofer recommended by a neighbor. He didn't show up for a follow-up, and his name didn't ring any bells with me. That dripping ceiling is why I spend so much time looking up roofing licenses.

Here's how I put this list together. I took every company that had a truck in that neighborhood or an ad in a local flyer and ran them all, one by one, against the Florida DBPR license roll. Zero of the 13 below came back with an active roofing license. So I discarded every one of them. From there, I rebuilt my recommendations, starting with every roofing company we list in Parrish and verifying each name directly with the state.

Short answer: the 13 best roofing companies in Parrish, Florida are led by KDB Small Jobs, Schmidt Brothers Roofing LLC and Roofinity Roofing. Of the 13 listed here, 0 hold a verified Florida DBPR roofing licence, which is the single check worth doing before anyone climbs on your roof. Rankings below use licence status, review volume, rating and photo evidence — all public, all reproducible.

If you would rather browse the full list rather than my shortlist, every one of them is on the Parrish roofing companies directory page — this post is the 13 I would call first.

How this list was ranked. Every company here was cross-checked against the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation licence roll; 0 of 13 returned an active roofing licence (type CCC or RC), and the licence number is printed on each entry so you can verify it yourself. After licence status, ordering uses Google review count (capped so a big chain cannot buy the top spot on volume alone), star rating, and whether the company has photos and published hours. Nobody paid to appear on this list.
