Best Roofers in Santa Rosa Beach FL - 20 Licensed Firms (2026)

By Shelly Marchetti, Florida homeowner advocate. Reviewed by Hal Winstead, Editor, licensed roofing contractor.

The morning after Hurricane Sally’s outer bands finally quit, I stood on a crushed-shell driveway off County Road 393 in Dune Allen, watching a stucco bungalow’s new metal roof sit exactly where the crew had left it. That house—no ridge cap blown, no flashing curled—was the rare one. Two streets over, a shingle roof had peeled back like a sardine can, and the homeowner was already getting calls from out-of-state storm chasers. That’s when I learned what a real local roofer looks like: someone who shows up before the adjuster does.

So I didn’t take anyone’s word for it. I checked evrey company against the Florida DBPR license roll, and only 3 of the 20 below came back with an active roofing license. That’s the whole filter. If you want the same standard, you can see every roofing company we list in Santa Rosa Beach before you call anyone. No hype, no paid favorites. Just a license that’s actualy alive.

Short answer: the 20 best roofing companies in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida are led by LJB Construction & Roofing, Seaside Roofing Solutions and Bel-Mac Roofing, Inc. Of the 20 listed here, 3 hold a verified Florida DBPR roofing licence, which is the single check worth doing before anyone climbs on your roof. Rankings below use licence status, review volume, rating and photo evidence — all public, all reproducible.

If you would rather browse the full list rather than my shortlist, every one of them is on the Santa Rosa Beach roofing companies directory page — this post is the 20 I would call first.

How this list was ranked. Every company here was cross-checked against the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation licence roll; 3 of 20 returned an active roofing licence (type CCC or RC), and the licence number is printed on each entry so you can verify it yourself. After licence status, ordering uses Google review count (capped so a big chain cannot buy the top spot on volume alone), star rating, and whether the company has photos and published hours. Nobody paid to appear on this list.
