SHANE THOMAS CONSTRUCTION LLC

Questions about SHANE THOMAS CONSTRUCTION LLC

Is SHANE THOMAS CONSTRUCTION LLC licensed in Florida?

Yes. SHANE THOMAS CONSTRUCTION LLC holds Florida DBPR roofing licence RC29027740, which we matched against the state licence roll and which is recorded as expiring 08/31/2027. A RC licence permits roofing work in the jurisdiction that issued the licence. Check the number yourself at the DBPR portal before you sign anything.

How do I check a roofer's licence in Pace myself?

Go to the Florida DBPR licence portal and search the licence number or the company name. A roofing contractor holds a CCC (certified, valid statewide) or RC (registered, valid only where it was issued) licence. If the number returns no active record, stop there. This is free and takes under a minute.

What areas does a Pace roofer usually cover?

Most roofing companies based in Pace travel across the surrounding area without a mobilisation charge, which here means places like Milton, Molino, Pensacola, Gulf Breeze. Service areas are set by the company, not by us, so confirm yours is covered when you call.

Does being listed here mean you recommend SHANE THOMAS CONSTRUCTION LLC?

No. We list every roofing contractor we can find in Florida, and almost none of them have paid us anything. We verify one thing — whether a Florida roofing licence matches the business — and we print what we found either way. We do not verify workmanship, insurance or pricing, and paid placement never changes the facts on a listing.
